Buyer Beware – Very Disappointing Experience
The image generated to confirm my order was exactly what I expected: a blue Dodgers jersey with pink cherry blossoms. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing like the product pictured or described. The jersey was pink with pink cherry blossoms, looked cheap, and the sizing was completely different from what I ordered.
I had hoped the company would take responsibility and make things right. Instead, they offered what they called a “gesture of goodwill” by allowing me to purchase something else from their website at 50% off. After receiving an item that did not match the advertised product or my requested size, I find that offer unacceptable.
A discount on another purchase is not a resolution to a disappointing order. Based on this experience and the company's response, I would never purchase from them again.
Buyer beware. The product you receive may not resemble what you ordered, and don't expect the company to stand behind its product.
